Robert De Niro released a rare photo of himself and his 10-month-old daughter, Gia.
In a fresh photo acquired by Page Six, the “Goodfellas” star, 80, is shown cradling the child on his lap and tenderly resting his cheek against her head.
His child of joy wore a lovely onesie covered with musical squirrels and smiled heartily.
“She’s such a cute baby.” “So sweet,” De Niro said in an interview with People published Wednesday.
The actor also chuckled about the unique chemistry in his family after having his seventh kid at the age of 79.
“She amuses the youngsters to no end. The grandchildren even. “She’s their aunt, and they’re about to become teenagers!” He said.
n addition daughter Gia, whom he welcomed with partner Tiffany Chen in spring 2023, De Niro is also the father of Drena, 56, Raphael, 47, twins Julian and Aaron, 28, Elliot, 25, and Helen, 12.
He has four grandkids, including Drena’s 19-year-old son, Leandro, who died of an accidental overdose last year.
During an AARP interview last month, the Oscar winner became emotional as he discussed his newest addition.

“Everything that I’m consumed with or worried about just goes away when I look at her,” he said with a grin. “It’s wondrous.”
During an interview with the Guardian in October, he also revealed details about his home life with Chen, 45, and baby Gia.
When asked about his age, he frankly stated that he had stepped back from performing “the heavy lifting.”

“I’m there to support my girlfriend. “But she does the work,” he explained.
“And we have help, which is so important.”
De Niro and Chen initially became acquainted in 2021 after meeting on the shooting of his 2015 film “The Intern.”
“When we were working, it was just work,” Chen said to Gayle King on “CBS Mornings” of their romance, which began in July 2023.
“And then a couple of years later, we got back in touch, and I said, ‘Oh, I guess we get along, and I guess we really get along.’”
